SOLISZEN is an independently operated online pet-products store based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the service providers involved when you browse the store, contact us, or place an order.
Information we collect
- Order and contact information, including name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, selected products, personalization details, and order number.
- Payment status and transaction references supplied by PayPal. SOLISZEN does not receive or store your full PayPal password or complete financial account credentials.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser/device details, pages viewed, referral source, cookie identifiers, and security or error logs.
- Messages, photographs, or other information you voluntarily provide for support, returns, custom products, or order resolution.
How we use information
- To operate the store, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, handle returns, and comply with legal obligations.
- To maintain website security, diagnose technical problems, measure store performance, and understand how visitors use the site.
- To keep product and store information synchronized with services such as Google Merchant Center when those services are enabled.
Cookies and service providers
WooCommerce and our hosting/security systems may use essential cookies needed for the cart, checkout, account security, and fraud prevention. We may also use Google Site Kit, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Jetpack, and similar measurement services, which may process device, cookie, and usage information under their own privacy terms. PayPal processes payment information, and carriers process information required for delivery.
We do not sell customer personal information. We have disabled unused social-advertising integrations while they are not required for store operations.
Retention and international processing
Order, tax, support, and transaction records are retained only as long as reasonably required for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and applicable law. Because customers and service providers may be located in different countries, information may be processed outside your country of residence with the safeguards provided by the relevant service provider and applicable law.

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that SOLISZEN controls, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. You may also restrict non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
