SOLISZEN orders are made in and shipped from China. We ship to supported destinations worldwide, subject to carrier and destination restrictions. The standards below apply to orders placed under this policy.
Handling, Transit and Total Time

Custom orders add 5 business days to standard handling time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Handling starts after payment confirmation; custom work also requires complete, confirmed personalization details. Time spent awaiting missing or corrected information is not included in these estimates.
Transit begins after dispatch, not when the order is placed. The total is the handling time plus transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays, weather and carrier disruptions may cause delays.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below USD 60 in merchandise: USD 15 standard shipping.
- Orders of USD 60 or more in merchandise: free standard shipping.
- Prices and shipping charges are in USD. Review your final merchandise total, shipping and any applicable taxes at checkout.
Custom and Time-Sensitive Orders
Personalized ID tags and other customized orders follow the longer handling standard above. If you need an order for a specific date, contact us before paying. We cannot promise that a delivery estimate will meet an event date.
Tracking and Delivery Questions
Tracking is added to your order after shipment when available. Carrier updates may take time to appear. If your shipment is delayed, contact us with your order number so we can check it with the carrier. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
International Duties and Taxes
Import duties, customs fees and destination charges, if imposed, are the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory law requires otherwise. They are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated.
