Is front and back engraving included?
Yes. The $7.50 tag price includes engraving on both sides. Add a pet name on the front and a phone number or other contact details on the back. Optional additional text depends on the space available.
What should I put on my dog’s ID tag?
Start with your dog’s name and a current contact number, including the country code. Keep the text short and readable. For extra text, a specific font, symbol or line layout, ask us what fits before ordering. The form counters are input limits, not guaranteed engraving capacity.
How do I check my engraving?
Review the color, name and phone number in the summary before adding to cart. The images show sample engraving; the summary is not a scale preview. Use the optional team note to request a particular placement.
Will a 25 mm tag fit a small dog’s collar?
The round zinc alloy tag is 25 mm (approximately 0.98 in) in diameter. Compare the size with your dog’s collar and check how it hangs. Contact us for the exact weight if that affects comfort or fit.
How much is shipping to the US, Canada or Europe?
Prices are in USD. Standard shipping is $15 for orders below $60 and free at $60 or more under the current policy, subject to carrier and destination availability. Orders ship from China. Can I change text after ordering?
Contact us promptly with your order number and correction. Changes depend on the production stage and must be confirmed by our team.
What if the tag is incorrect or damaged?
Contact us with your order number, a description and clear photos. We will review incorrect, defective or damaged items under our Returns & Exchanges policy. Personalized items are normally not returnable for a change of mind, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Can I order tags for more than one pet?
Personalize and add each pet’s tag separately so the names and contact details stay with the correct color. Increasing the quantity orders multiple tags with the same engraving.
