Keep their identification simple with a familiar bone shape and a personal name and phone number. The metal tag comes in Gold, Blue, Black or Silver, with Small and Large options. Front and back engraving is included in the price.

Choose a size, select one front design and one back design, then send us your personalization details.
1. Choose your tag size

Weight is a guide. For pets around 10 kg (22 lb), check the tag dimensions and fit before choosing.
2. Choose your front and back designs
- Front: choose Style 1, 2, 3 or 4 for the pet name and decorative design.
- Back: choose Style 1, 2, 3 or 4 for the return message and contact number.
Choose one style for each side. The front and back style numbers can be different. Refer to the illustrated guide below.
3. Send your personalization details
Include your selected size, front style number and back style number, plus all six details below:
- Pet portrait or icon: identify the illustration or icon you want from the guide.
- Sex: male or female.
- Date of birth: use the format YYYY.MM.DD.
- Pet name: check the spelling and capitalization.
- Return message: provide the exact text you want engraved on the back.
- Contact number: check every digit and include your country code if needed.

Check the name, date, message and phone number before submitting. The examples in the guide show sample layouts. Letter size and spacing may vary to fit the tag.
The price includes personalization on both sides. The name field accepts up to 12 characters and the contact number field accepts up to 22 characters. For different personalization details, add each tag separately; increasing the quantity makes identical copies.
Delivery and order details
Custom preparation takes 7–10 business days. Orders ship from China; shipping normally takes a further 9–25 business days. Shipping costs $15 for orders under $60 and is free for orders of $60 or more, subject to destination availability. Prices are in USD, before any applicable taxes. Can I change the name or number after ordering?
Contact us promptly with your order number. Changes depend on the production stage and must be confirmed by our team.
What if there is a problem with my tag?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
